The best of 2006’s product innovation are presented in the 19th annual PLANT ENGINEERING Product of the Year balloting. Picking this year’s winners was in the readers’ hands. Literally.
This year’s balloting was conducted electronically. Each of PLANT ENGINEERING’s qualified subscribers – those who have told they buy/specify responsibilities in their plants – received an email with a link to this year’s ballot. There was also be a copy of the pages on which the products appear for readers to review while placing their votes.
Voting took just a few clicks, but the voting was important. For 19 years, Product of the Year has been a prestigious honor bestowed only on those manufacturers who have created the best new ideas that make plant management better, faster and smarter.
The products were initially reviewed by the panel of plant management experts, and they narrowed the field to 125 finalists in 17 categories.
The votes were tabulated to pick gold, silver and bronze winners in each category. The one product with the highest single vote total received the Grand Award.
Teseo's AP50 system won the silver award the the the compressed air category. |

This award was presented during the Techni-Show 2006 trade show at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Techni-Show was held from March 16 to 20.
The prize was aimed at awarding companies for the innovative products.

| Automechanika Innovation Award (2006) |

The Automechanika is the world's leading trade fair for the automobile sector and brings together over 4,500 exhibitors, almost 80 percent of them from abroad. Messe Frankfurt expects over 160,00 trade visitors to attend, around 40 percent form outside Germany. During the trade fair the Innovation competion was held. The criteria for being chosen as finalists for the Award were originality, functionality, quality and environmental compatibility. The 13 Products from 8 categories, chosen as finalist were displayed at a special Innovation award stand. Teseo's AP50 system was on display and recieved much attention. |

| 4th Edition Of The Comfort & Design Award (2006) |

The Comfort & Design Award, instituted by Mostra Convegno Expocomfort and Expobagno under the sponsorship of ADi (Associazione per il Disegno industriale), is aimed at all exhibitors, Italian and international at the two exhibitions.
The award are intended to focus attention on product that fulfill the criteria of innovation ,Functionality, Usability. The Award is being presented for the fourth time, following it's constantly growing popularity with industry professionals.
You could say that it's become an institution, a consistent event that's keenly awaited by all exhibitors who come to Mostra Convegno Expocomfort to exhibit innovative products from the perspectives of both production and the consumer. The award, at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort and Expobagno, both of which are being staged at the new Fiera Milano exhibition complex in Rho.
Teseo was awarded the Comfort & Design award for the AP50 product. It was chosen from a list of finalists 19.

During the Hannover Messe 2001, TESEO triumphed in the INDUSTRIE FORUM DESIGN (IFD) and one of its products has been admitted among the winners of the prestigious award.

The selection on the subscribers (more than 100 products) has been very tough, and listed the 18 winners who were displayed inside the IFD pavilion.
Among the successful companies are well known brands like Festo, Buderus and many others.
